FAQ
Can I bring the kids?
Unfortunately, though we would love for all the little ones to come and play, we will not be able
to host them this time around.
What if I don't want to play tennis?
You are free to chill and enjoy the festivities. Come and cheer on the birthday boy, spouse or friend
and enjoy the fun.
Are there any other activities?
Yes! There is a pickleball court as well. Please feel free to bring your rackets and ball to play
when the tournament is not in session.
I want to play? How do I prepare my body for the tournament?
- The Day Before: Eat complex carbohydrates like pasta or rice to build your energy stores. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
- Match Day: Aim to have a carbohydrate, protein and low-fat meal, such as pasta or bread with honey and jam, 3-4 hours before stepping on court. Eat a light meal like 2 hours before playing. Avoid playing on an empty stomach.
- Hydration: Drink water and a sports drink with electrolytes before and during the match. Eat small snacks like bananas or pretzels during changeovers
